Chris formed the business in 1996 after working in the window and door industry since leaving school in 1985. Chris is a passionate Portsmouth FC supporter and loves spending time hill walking and cycling.

Sales & Marketing Director
Thom joined the business as co-owner in 2012, previously working as Group Marketing Director at MASCO UK Window Group; The UK’s largest manufacturer of uPVC windows and doors. Managing the sales and marketing on a daily basis, in his spare time Thom enjoys skiing, golf and getting out on his motorbikes and scooter.
David Slaymaker

Beginning his career as a yacht and boat builder, Dave went straight into the glazing industry in the 80’s, working for the well regarded Wardendale Windowcraft. Finding his niche at Ideal Window Solutions, Dave is also the companies nominated ‘on-site’ health and safety lead.
Dave Haste
Contracts Manager
Dave joined the business in 2005, previously working for Anglian and Everest as a window and conservatory installer. Following a motorbike accident in 2006, he was given the opportunity to move into the office and oversee window installations. In his spare time, Dave enjoys walking, cycling and getting out on his motorcycle.
Keith Harvey
Financial Controller
Joined the team in 2024, having previously worked in a number of industry’s (finance is universal), relocating to Hampshire in 2017 from the Midlands. Responsible for the Financial aspects of the business, In his spare time Keith enjoys most racket sports Squash, Racketball and Badminton, and group classes at the Gym – RPM, Bodypump, when not visiting or entertaining the family.
Natasha Gillingham
Installation Manager
Natasha started as an administrator in 2008, working her way into customer services and repairs management and then in 2014 becoming Installation Manager. In her spare time Tash enjoys fitness, listening to music and socialising.
Jayde Allen
Customer Service
Jayde joined the IWS team in 2014, starting in installation administration, moving on to retail guarantees/repairs and finally on to newbuild aftersales. Jayde enjoys soaking up the sunshine (when she can!) and spending time with family and friends.

Joining the business in 2014, Mike has 40 years’ experience in the window industry. Managing the commercial tenders on a daily basis, from enquiry to quotation, in his spare time Mike enjoys golf and skiing.

As the principal contact for our important suppliers, Jayne has been with the company since 2012 after following her heart and making the big decision to move from Wales to England. With a background in customer services for a window and door manufacturing company in Wales, Jayne enjoys spending time with family, socialising and keeping fit.

Sales Manager (Fareham)
With the company for over 6 years, Paul began his career in the home improvement industry over 30 years ago. Very much a family man, he has 3 children and 8 wonderful grandchildren.
Tracey Hill
Sales Manager (Chichester)
Joining the company back in 2010, Tracey has been in the world of windows since the age of 26. Working in most sectors of the window industry, Tracey thoroughly enjoys retail sales at our Chichester showroom and her hobbies include cycling, horse riding and socialising.
Heath Phillips
Warehouse Manager
Heath joined the IWS team in early 2018, taking charge of the warehouse. Heath loves collecting anything retro, building bikes, custom motorcycles and scooters.
Laura Moseley
Contracts Adminstrator
Laura joined IWS in 2007 and has carried out a number of roles within the company. Starting as an administrator, working in repairs and then progressing to the Accounts department. Laura has recently returned from maternity leave and joined the New Build department as Contracts Administrator. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and loves to get her hands dirty with a spot of DIY and gardening.
Brooke Emerson
Customer Services Supervisor
Brooke started her career at Ideal Window Solutions wet behind the ears at the age of 17. With the mentorship of Thom & Chris, 10 years on she’s now our Customer Service Supervisor with a wealth of product knowledge and Sales Experience. Brooke has a passion for digital marketing and runs a successful fashion blog, she enjoys negotiating collaboration deals with well known brands and filling up her wardrobe with too many clothes - she definitely is Thom’s daughter!

I Joined the team in 2021 after a successful career in the beauty industry. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, hiking and camping trips in Cornwall.
