How Does Closed Loop Recycling Work?
Our comprehensive closed loop recycling process involves six key stages:
Stage 1: Removal - Our skilled technicians carefully remove existing windows and doors, ensuring all components are properly separated and preserved for recycling.
Stage 2: Collection - Dedicated transport teams collect the separated materials and deliver them to specialist UK processing facilities.
Stage 3: Processing - Advanced technology separates and refines different materials, including glass, PVC-U, rubber, and metals.
Stage 4: Remanufacture - Recycled materials are transformed into new products - PVC-U is converted into window frame components, while glass is reprocessed into new sheets.
Stage 5: Fabrication - New windows and doors are manufactured using these recycled materials, maintaining our exceptional quality standards.
Stage 6: Installation - Our expert teams install the new, environmentally-friendly products in your property.

Our recycling process for PVC-U achieves an impressive 99% purity, allowing us to create high-quality recycled pellets for use in new window frames. In fact, a recycled PVC-U window frame can contain up to 45% recycled content without compromising on performance or longevity.
